This was a real-life case of "Undercover Boss" as the pub owner's son (who is also listed as an owner) finally revisited his hometown after two years away and wasn't recognized by newer staff members. He first noticed that Mike, the new bartender, wasn't providing service to anyone but some college girls, and then started noticing all the free liquor he was handing out to them.
